A multifaceted creative talent, Aladino Debert caught the eye of the advertising community when
he released the dazzling spec spot, “Beauty in Engineering” for Audi, which he fully
conceptualized and realized. In 2010 Aladino joined the Mothership roster and returned to Digital
Domain as a Creative Director and Visual Effects Supervisor, having previously worked for the
company in the feature film division.
He was the VFX Supervisor on the CLIO, AICP and VES award winning Nike “Biomorph” spot and
others, from this year’s Super Bowl Pokémon’s “Train On”, Halo’s “Master Chief Collection” and
Call of Duty’s “The Vet & The NOOb, to Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment’s “Mad Max.” He
directed the launch piece for the Oculus Rift, Nike’s “LeBron 11” and Microsoft Game Studio’s
Ryse “Son of Rome,” a well as a series of interactive video murals for the Gears of War 3 website
among others. Most recently he’s been working on the STARZ Networks’ pirate adventure drama
Prior to Digital Domain he was a Creative Director at Radium working on spots for Target, Pepsi,
BMW, Honda, Coca-Cola, Renault, Dolby, Boeing and other top brands. Aladino has held CG and
Animation Supervisor roles at a number of creative studios on both coasts. He is a native of
Argentina, where he studied Architecture at Buenos Aires University and also holds a Computer
Graphics degree from New York City’s Pratt Institute. Aladino resides in Los Angeles.
